HBI in-licensed and marketed OTC products for consumer needs that were either unmet or only partially met by available OTC products. The management team was led by Barry Clare, formerly head of the branded OTC arm of Boots. HBI acquired Antula, the fastest growing OTC company in the Nordic region in 2007. Antula was acquired by Meda in April 2011.
